Well Education Technician

Qualifications:

• A degree or diploma in Environmental Science or Studies
• Basic knowledge of water quality, hydrology, education and conservation
• Stong communication skills both verbal and written
• MS Office
• Valid drivers license
• Billingualism an asset.

Duties:

• Researching, gathering and developing information relating to educating the public on wells
• Conducting workshops and information sessions
• Provide one-on-one educational assistance to landowners
• Develop fact sheets and other educational tools
• Assist the Committee to develop procedures to promote water quality issues
• Present findings
