Web and Email Designer/Web Editor: 

*  Layout editorial copy into email template for daily email blast (see sample at http://www.idealbite.com/green-newsletter.php) 
*  Design and manage email list, including optimizing & tracking "refer-a-friend"
opportunities on site and in newsletter
*  Manage the placement of ads and reporting on email, site and blog ad traffic
*  Manage all data integration between web, blog and email technologies 
*  Ensure that editorial content on the Website is written and optimized for online reading and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). 
*  Maintain Website, including putting up and taking down articles, special reports and/or modifying site architecture / functionality. 
*  HTML skills necessary. Constant Contact, Blog technologies and email serving ASP knowledge an enormous plus. 

Qualifications include:

*  HTML and Project Management 
*  Knowledge of CGI & basic graphic design program a plus 
*  1+ years general web development experience in a fast-paced agency, marketing, or in-house creative services environment 
*  1+ years specific experience in SEO, web design and editing web-based content 
*  Self-starter with team orientation, ability to work in virtual office environment from personal office space 
*  Ability to work on numerous levels and numerous people, from the CEO to interns 
*  Attention to detail and deadline-oriented is a must 
*  Marketing, Sales, High-Tech, Feature Writing and/or startup experience a plus 
*  Experience with Constant Contact, Google Ad Sense, Analytics, Content Management tools a plus
