Weatherization Crew Leader

The Energy Team is an energy efficiency contractor focusing on residential building efficiency. The Energy Team's projects range from energy retrofits including everything from Solar Thermal to spray foam insulation.  

Position Overview: 

Position will manage a crew of 2 technicians air-sealing homes and performing other building envelope performance upgrades.

Qualifications 

• Prefer Building Performance Institute (BPI) building analyst certification, but can train.
• General construction knowledge is a must
• Experience managing work crews and schedules a plus
• A drive for a sustainable future a must
• Must be able to pass a Drug Screening

Compensation: Pay negotiable based on qualification/ experience
