We currently have an exciting opportunities in our Columbia, SC office for the following positions:

1. Senior Project Manager-Water Resources will be supervising, coordinating and reviewing the work of engineers and technicians. As a staff specialist, develops and evaluates plans and criteria for a variety of projects and activities to be carried out by others. Assesses the feasibility and soundness of proposed engineering evaluation tests. Plays an active role in business development. Receives general administrative direction. Supervises technical aspects of the project. Must have ability to work effectively in a team/office setting achieving applicable goals and objectives. 

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor of Science Civil Engineering, PE and a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience. Candidates should have a background in hydraulics/hydrology, floodplain analysis, stormwater management plans, river hydraulics, erosion and control permitting, technical writing, specifications, drainage products installation techniques and scour analysis. Knowledge of HEC-RAS, SWMM, MICROSTATION, HYDRAFLOW and FESWMS is also desired. Must have managerial experience, as well as project experience in discipline. 

2. Manager-Water Resources will identify and develop new business, manage the unit's clients, schedules, budget and resources. Will also interacts and interfaces with internal and external clients to meet project deadlines and produce high quality deliverables. Assigns manpower to ensure on-time delivery. Administers policies and procedures of the Firm. Interacts and works with other units to accomplish project or Firm financial goals. Responsible for ensuring that the unit meets goals, project schedules and budgets. Responsible for establishing and meeting units project objectives and implementation of company policy to accomplish the Firms Mission. Responsible for staff development. Responsible for financial performance of a section/unit. 

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor of Science Civil Engineering, PE and a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience or Master's and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in a technical or business discipline. Experience should include, but not limited to hydraulics/hydrology, floodplain analysis, stormwater management plan, river hydraulics and erosion control permitting.
