iReuse LLC is a growing sustainability consulting company working with some of the largest corporations in the country. We are looking for independent consultants with experience in the waste management sector to support our corporate clients' waste reduction efforts and achieve measured results.
iReuse is 100% focused on producing financial savings for clients and increasing waste diversion. Our consultants are responsible for achieving these results by developing and implementing successful programs.
Position Overview:
iReuse is looking for an experienced waste reduction specialist to help our clients develop and implement waste reduction programs (recycling, composting, reuse, source reduction) as well as support comprehensive tracking and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing industrial waste management program for iReuse corporate clients
- Producing measured savings for clients and increased waste diversion.
- Working with top business clients utilizing the iReuse project management practices
- Work with iReuse data management staff to track and report program results over time
- Working collaboratively with other iReuse team members to meet or exceed clients goals
Qualifications:
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is well-organized, detail-oriented and combines thoughtful problem solving skills with excellent communication skills and computer savvy. You must be experienced in corporate waste reduction and a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, small company environment.
Required Skills:
- At least 5 years of corporate waste reduction program experience
- At least 2 years managing industrial recycling efforts
- VERY comfortable with excel, email, web, Microsoft technologies
- Customer service driven with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter who can work independently to solve problems creatively, prioritize tasks, and follow thru
- Strong ability to sell and network effectively
- A desire to work hard and have fun doing it!
Compensation: This is an independent contract position. +/- $45 per hour based on experience. Travel reimbursement for all billable time. Additional commission for new leads and sales.
