Description
Borrego Solar Systems, Inc, a growing, solar energy design, engineering and installation company, with offices in northern and southern California, currently seeks a warehouse manager for our San Diego branch.
Located in west El Cajon (San Diego County), we are seeking an organized, self motivated, hard working individual to run our shipping and receiving department, load and unload our construction vehicles and manage our warehouse facilities.

Opportunity for additional responsibility, pay and advancement will be based on the candidate's initiative and contribution toward growing the Company's inventory and operations department. A minimum 12-month commitment is required.
Compensation varies with experience. We are looking for someone to work a later shift of 32-40 hours per week Monday - Friday, 12 pm to 8 pm (morning shift may be required from time to time)

Applicants must be able to show they meet the following qualifications:
* Previous warehouse experience
* Clean driving record
* Experience driving box trucks and flat beds (class B license PREFERRED)
* Experience with fork lifts (certification PREFERRED)
* Basic knowledge of hardware and electrical supplies
* Experience with computers, spreadsheets and inventory management software
* H.S. Diploma, two-year degree in technology/industrial arts PREFERRED
Applicant must also demonstrate that he/she is:

*Maintains a high aptitude for memorization and part identification
*Able to work independently
*Team player who listens, learns, and actively communicates
* Visual thinker good at problem solving and implementing ideas
