Volunteer Training Specialist

Coordinate volunteers in a weatherization project that serves low-income families in Portland, OR

Serve as a weatherization volunteer trainer for community volunteers serving within the In-Home Weatherization Program spending 40% of their time helping develop training techniques, materials, data base and attend outreach opportunities. The Links Volunteer will also be an in-home weatherizer spending 60% of their time working with the clients and helping the Program Coordinator complete projects.
