Position Overview:  

This project is looking for a volunteer camp manager for an on-going long-term study of Kinda baboons from August, 2013 to August, 2014.

Responsibilities:  

• Primary responsibilities include bein listed belowg in charge of monitoring one troop of Kinda baboons;
• Collecting behavioural data;
• Collecting and processing faecal samples for hormones; and
• Daily data entry and weekly communication when the project director is not on-site.
• This position is ideal for a person looking to learn animal behaviour and field laboratory techniques, or wanting to gain work experience. 

Compensation: The volunteer camp manager receives free board and lodging plus reimbursement of airfare upon successful completion of 12 month contract.
