Volunteer at Butterfly Sanctuary

~ Volunteer Latin America's mission is to help protect Latin America's flora and fauna, its biodiversity, and to offer the most cost effective way to become an environmental or humanitarian volunteer in Central or South America. ~

Position Overview

Volunteers will experience the wonder and tranquility of being immersed in hundreds of living, jewel coloured butterflies in a tropical rain forest setting. 

This project needs volunteers to: 

• Help lead tours
• Care for the plants
• Perform routine maintenance
• Spanish is useful but is not required  

Note: Volunteers receive free accommodation.
