We take customer service very seriously. All vitamin sales employees have a good understanding of vitamins, herbs, and a broad spectrum of other nutrients.
Healthfair offers over 12,000 products to choose from. From vitamin supplements, natural and organic dry goods, produce, frozen & refrigerated foods, hot and cold prepared foods, juice and smoothie bar we have it covered.
Position Overview:
We are hiring a Vitamin Sales Assistant Manager. You will be working with customers in the vitamin department. You should have a strong background in vitamins, herbs, and nutrients. Understanding how specific nutrients work and being able to explain that to the customer is of critical importance. Our sales crew is well educated, very helpful, and very friendly. This must be maintained by all vitamin sales staff.
Responsibilities:
Specific assistant management duties: You will be working 45 hours per week. You will be working 5 days which include Saturday and Sunday...yes, weekends (your 2 off days will be weekdays). Register sales, vitamin sales, opening and closing store, bank runs if needed, ordering product if needed, backstock inventory, hiring/firing, training of register tasks if needed, implementing and adhering to company policies and procedures for all front sales employees.

Of most importance: Coming to work with a positive and professional attitude with the focus and sincerity necessary for our customers to ask for your help everytime they come back to shop with us!
Minimum Experience Required: 3-5 years
