Description
Sustainable Oil Service is the creator
of the cooking oil to biodiesel system in the front range of Colorado. We
collect and process used cooking oils from participating restaurants into
biodiesel, degreasing cleaner, hard soaps, adhesive remover, and soft soaps. We
are 100% wind powered (via windsource), zero waste, 98% constructed from
recycled and secondary use materials.
We created the Boulder Biodiesel Co-op
and we are the biodiesel supplier for the Boulder County Government Municipal
Fleet.
We live and breath sustainability! We
have reduced CO2 by over 2,000,000 pound in the last 18 months.
Position
Overview:
We are seeking individuals that are
interested in creating a better environment without waiting for someone else to
do it.
We can use people in the following
areas:
- Advocacy/Sales Coordinator
- Fabricator/welder
- Business Administrator
- Restaurant Advocate
- Compliance Coordinator
- Truck Driver
- Plant Worker
- Batch Coordinator
We will train you in skills that you
need and let you fly! All of these intern positions have the ability to turn
into full time jobs.
Compensation:
We are based in beautiful and sunny Boulder, Colorado and
there is incredible hiking and skiing abound. We will provide a stipend
program after training that is based on revenue sharing.
