This position will be based in 3 Phases Energy's San Francisco, California office.

Position Summary:
3 Phases Energy is seeking an energetic, dependable and detail oriented individual. This position will support a best-in-industry team that markets renewable energy to the diverse customer base of three regional municipal utilities. This is a full time position.
* Research, manage, support and staff events throughout Northern California (Roseville, Palo Alto, Silicon Valley)
* Marketing management support; including interfacing with the internal creative department, outreach contractors, key personnel at the utilities, customer communications groups, and internal marketing support in San Francisco
* Schedule and manage outreach presentations, and actively seek out relevant engagements; service organizations, nonprofits, community and public and private employer groups
* Assisting in program administrative projects as required
Qualifications:
* 4 year college degree
* 1-3 years experience in one or more of the following fields, preferably in a marketing role: environment, sustainability, renewable energy or utilities.
* Familiarity with the peoples, cultures, mindset, and organizations of northern California is a plus.
* Ability to multitask, problem solve and think outside of the box
* Strong working knowledge of MS Office
* Proven Internet and secondary research skills
* Professional communication skills; listening, verbal & written
* Demonstration of basic clerical/administrative skills
* Strong time management skills
