Telesales Person

Farmigo, a developer of web-based software for Farms selling direct to consumers (Community Supported Agriculture), is looking for an experienced telesales person to spearhead our farm evangelism efforts. If you have experience with direct sales, a passion for slow, local, and organic food, and are tech-savvy, we're looking for you.

Qualifications: 

Specific Requirements:

• Direct sales experience and a competitive bent. Ideally, experience selling a new product for a new company.
• Familiarity and comfort with internet technologies.
• Passion for slow food and local and organic farming.
• Great communication skills-you should be able to identify a problem, explain our solution, and how it will benefit the farm.
• Great communication skills-you should also be nice, outgoing, and responsive.

Location and Hours:

• This job is not located in a specific city or office. You can work from home, or anywhere with a computer and telephone (a quiet space is a must).
• Your day will start and be concentrated in the AM, EST, but you must be accessible to customers and company employees located in different time zones.
