NWF has an immediate vacancy for a talented Help Desk representative to support internal customers with a wide variety of computer hardware and software issues. The position responsibilities include: troubleshooting, diagnosing, supporting and upgrading PC software and hardware. Salary high thirties.
Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in IT field and Help Desk support; proficiency troubleshooting hardware as well as software problems on all types of computers, and must show competence working with Microsoft Windows XP and Microsoft Office XP. Novell and/or Microsoft networking environment experience are preferred. Excellent verbal & written communication skills required. Working as a team player is essential. A background check is also required.
