The Presidio Trust seeks an intern to assist in compost production at the Presidio, part of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area (NPS).

Intern will also co-lead education programs with youth, and adult volunteer activities. Opportunities exist to learn about integrated pest management, propagation, seed collection, and community-based ecological restoration.

The position calls for a full-time (40 hrs/wk) 6 mo. to 1 year commitment. Work schedule is M-F, 9am- 5pm. Dorm-style housing inside the park and a $100/week stipend are available.
