Sustainability Coordinator

3form is an industry leader in environmental practices and outreach programs.

Position Overview:

3form is seeking an ambitious and collaborative sustainability marketing coordinator. They will create, drive and maintain programs, as well as manage the communications of our programs and practices.

Responsibilities:

• Drive environmental initiatives
• Identify and pursue initiatives and programs
• Collaboratively work with departments to gain support and implement initiatives
• Serve as a resource for managers
• Track and report success
• Lead Environmental Steering Committee
• Create Resources for and train sales representatives about impacts or our products, manufacturing and competitor analysis
• Recommend and collaborate on strategies for green marketing
• Maintain and update the environmental section of website
• Organize and drive internal sustainability campaigns, such as GreenWeek, commuting reduction, community outreach, etc.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be exceptionally organized.
• They will be a self-starter, a capable problem solver, and goal orientated.
• This candidate will have a strong passion for the preservation of our environment and social responsibility.
• A masters degree in Environmental studies, or equivalent experience is required.
• Understanding sustainability issues as they relate to building materials.
• Ability to communicate sustainability challenges and successes to a wide range of audiences.
• Experience implementing sustainability initiatives within an organization.
• Experience with data management, tracking and reporting on initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• LEED AP
• Experience with ISO 14001
