EVI also assists public sector organizations by providing policy and research advisory services maximize the impact of climate change-related policies.
Established in 2004, EVI has grown from carbon offset project origination to offer comprehensive solutions in sustainability and risk advisory, carbon advisory, and finance and technology. Currently EVI has more than 140 consultants working on over 300 client engagements in over 15 countries across 5 continents.
Responsibilities:
Core job responsibility is to help accelerate pipeline of work and build client base through data mining and market research. Research will include finding the right contact(s) at target companies for various service offerings. For the right candidate, responsibilities may also include preliminary sales calls and appointment setting.
Qualifications:
- Based in San Francisco (no relocation assistance available)
- Reports to: both the VP of Business Development & VP of Advisory Services.
- Work experience, preferably in inside sales, product management or corporate development
- Passion for environmental sustainability and corporate social responsibility
- Superlative written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent data mining and market research skills
- Familiar and comfortable with online databases like Hoovers or JigSaw
- Highly professional work ethic
- Attention to detail
Compensation: 8 weeks, 20 hours/week, $12/hr
