Position Overview
Cornerstone Environmental Group, LLC has an immediate opening for a Senior Air Quality Client Manager/East Regional Lead. The primary role for this position will be to grow Cornerstone's air quality services in the east region.

Responsibilities
- Responsibilities of this position will include client and business development;
- Interpretation of air quality program rules and regulations;
- Senior level review of project work products within multiple state air programs including site specific technical data, air emission calculations, air dispersion modeling, technical reports, and air quality permit applications; and project management for more complex projects;
- Client and business development and project work will be in multiple industry sectors (e.g., chemical, pharmaceutical, power/electric generation, solid waste);
- This position will also be responsible for communications with senior Cornerstone management regarding air program related matters, such as resources, workload, and hiring of new staff; and
- Serve as an air program technical resource to other service areas within Cornerstone.
Qualifications
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Business and client development, with established client relationships.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in engineering, meteorology, or related environmental field.
- Senior level experience in air quality regulatory programs - 10+ years minimum.
- Multi-program regulatory experience, e.g. NESHAP, NSPS, GHG, NSR, Title V, etc.
- Knowledgeable in air quality dispersion modeling.
- Management and staff leadership experience.
- Senior level project and client management experience.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and oral.
- Computer software experience in WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
