Source Recycled Paper

Need intern/volunteer to develop sources of good paper fiber for a new recycle paper mill that started in 2003. Goal is to work thru the summer and develop a route that an unskilled worker can run full time and pick up enough recycled paper to justify a salary. Book stock (used books) will be the primary target. Need transportation/ truck preferrable.
