Solar Thermal Instructor

Position Overview:

National Solar Trainers (NST) is looking to hire trainers in Solar Thermal. The ideal candidate has a background in thermal installation. Training experience is preferred but not necessary. NST is expanding nationwide and offering great incentive packages for qualified candidates. Growth opportunity for all.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct solar thermal training for classrooms with 5-20 students
• Customize training sessions for solar manufacturers, installers and industry customers
• Design solar solutions for NST customers and interface with suppliers to finalize material requirements and system costs
• Interface with customers during system design, system installation and support
• Provide project supervision at customer project locations and support installation crews
• Review and revise internal technical documents for accuracy and quality

 Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor Degree or equivalent military training
• Experience in Solar Thermal system design with a strong emphasis on customer interaction, design or support
• Field experience a must
• NABCEP certification
• Traveling expected
