Position Overview
MBS is seeking candidates for the position of Solar Technicians in teh Sacramento Area.
Responsibilities
- Ability to complete routine inspections, testing,troubleshooting and repairs on a variety of electronic equipment.
- Reports, analyzes, and ensures repair of all products at customer sites.
- Demonstrates superior workmanship, quantity, and quality in all work areas and applies extensive expertise and develops solutions to complex problems in person or by phone.
- Identifies power supply, system application, and operator-related issues quickly.
- Communicates directly with site representative regarding site access and arrival time.
- Collects site data and generates site reports.
Qualifications
Desired Skills and Experience
- Photovoltaics installation, testing, commissioning a must. Troubleshooting of existing AC & DC switchgear, transformers, inverters, PV panels and distributive components.
- Network and communication systems testing and troubleshooting.
- Operations and Maintenance of commercial and utility renewable energy systems.
