Position Overview:
Well motivated senior sales and marketing specialist experienced in the solar industry. A well-connected professional is required who has a successful track record in a senior sales and marketing role. Particular experience in manufacturing products for the solar industry would be very useful as extensive customer contacts will be expected. This position will offer the selected candidate the opportunity to shape the development of the next generation of our solar division.
Qualifications:
A Business/Marketing/Engineering 4 year degree is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and strengthen customer relationships is a must. An in depth product and service knowledge to aggressively pursue orders would be required in this position.
- Ability to promote products to architects and other buying influences
- Ability to interact with internal customers in a positive and constructive fashion
- Ability to establish sales objectives and achieve them consistently within the territory
- Develop and maintain accurate project files
- In-depth knowledge of competitors within the solar industry
- Can articulate features and benefits of all product lines to key buying influences
- Ability to analyze new customer opportunities and add when needed to achieve sales targets
