Renewable Watts Canada Ltd. is an energy integrator of solar pv and offers a Turn Key Solar Solution.  Primary focus is sale of micro-Fit solar system installations.  Successfully completed more than 80 grid- tied systems installed in the past year. Office locations in both Woodstock and Newmarket , servicing GTA, Central and Southern Ontario.

Position Overview:

Renewable Watts Canada Ltd. will be completing a very aggressive solar campaign over the next few months in Central Ontario with some incredible incentives available to farmers and commercial business property owners. The proposal to the client sells itself but Renewable Watts Canada needs closers to complete these agreements.

Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close of sale. The successful candidate will be able to develop and implement an agreed-upon marketing plan that focuses on OPA micro-Fit solar installations.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the sales of solar photovoltaic systems focusing on microFit installations
  • Conduct and create effective sales presentations
  • Determine best sales methods and find sales leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face-to-face, cold calling on residential, farm and small business owners, direct mail, e-mail, and networking
  • Participate in tradeshows as an exhibitor
  • Attend site visits, and perform some site assessment and information-gathering details
  • Maintain a database of qualified leads to maintain active pipeline
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within the assigned territory
  • Maintain a level of expertise within the solar pv industry
  • Maintain continuous contact with all to ensure high levels of client satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Successfully source and close sales
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral
  • Must be able to construct effective sale proposals and presentations
  • Friendly, positive attitude, and work well with other team members and office administration
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business code of ethics
  • Must have previous sales experience with sales valued at $50,000 or larger
  • Preference will be given to applicants with previous solar pv sales experience and knowledge
  • Proven ability to achieve sales quotas
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned sales region

Compensation:  Full Commissioned positions available with the ability to make over $4000.00 per micro-Fit system sold and unlimited income potential for Fit sales.
