Position Overview

Intermountain Wind and Solar, LLC has full-time positions available for Solar Installers in the Boise area. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals that are excited about renewable energy and want to be a part of this growing industry.

Responsibilities

Solar Installers will work on residential and commercial roofs to install solar panels using various mounting systems. Installers are expected to follow crew leaders instructions to correctly install solar equipment.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to lift over 50 pounds, climb ladders, work on flat and sloped roofs.
• Must be able to learn and effectively use fall protection devices.
• Must be able to use hand and power tools.
• Work well with others in a team atmosphere, have a strong work ethic and have pride in workmanship.

Compensation

• Solar Installer starting pay is $17.00- $20.00 based on experience in construction or with solar.
