ESI Inc.'s mission is to provide alternative energy solutions to the commercial, agricultural and residential sectors. We utilize custom designed systems which eliminate the risk of higher utility costs as energy prices continue to rise.
Headquartered in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, ESI primarily specializes in large-scale solar photovoltaic (electric) arrays and has clients throughout the northeastern United States.
Position Overview:
ESI Solar is seeking experienced motivated sales professionals to sell B2B & B2C solar systems in Massachusetts and beyond. This sales professional will promote solar, answer technical & financial questions, build relationships and close deals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and build a network of customers in the commercial/residential sectors.
- Follow-up on CRM based lead generation program and do your own prospecting for new business development.
- Conduct sales and proposal presentations to clients
- Sales follow through on new and existing leads of clients
- Site analysis (shadings, measurements, assessments)
- Analysis of clients electrical usage, system sizing
- Attend company Green Expos, conferences, fairs, and other related company and industry events
- Meet sales targets
- Other duties related to solar sales
Qualifications:
Preference of a minimum of 1 year commercial solar business development experience.
Compensation: Draw/Commission to $100K + expenses, etc.
