The Conservation Lands Foundation (CLF) is the only organization dedicated solely to conserving the 28 million acres included in the National Conservation Lands. Our mission: to protect, restore and expand the National Conservation Lands through education, advocacy, and partnerships.
Position Overview:
The Conservation Lands Foundation seeks an organized and experienced individual to join the staff in the Durango headquarters as its Senior Vice President for Field and Program Integration. This position will be responsible for helping to build and coordinate a robust field network that links small, locally-based groups together to improve their effectiveness and advocate for improved management of the National Landscape Conservation System (National Conservation Lands). The position reports to the Executive Director.
Qualifications:
Successful applicants must be committed to the long-term protection for the lands and waters within the National Conservation Lands. Candidates should have extensive leadership and supervisory experience with non-profit and grassroots organizations and an understanding of public lands management. Successful applicants will have extensive experience in grassroots organizing and advocacy, program creation and evaluation.
Compensation: The Conservation Lands Foundation offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.
