Trustees for Alaska, a non-profit, public interest environmental law firm, is seeking candidates for a full-time Senior Staff Attorney position in Anchorage, AK. Qualifications:
An ideal candidate will have 6 years of environmental litigation experience and a demonstrated commitment to environmental protection. The position calls for:
- creative problem-solving;
- excellent writing;
- managing an active judicial, legislative and administrative docket;
- effective legal research and analysis;
- ability to understand scientific principles and methods;
- capacity to handle a substantial workload;
- high degree of professional integrity;
- courtesy and diplomacy in dealing with colleagues, clients, opposing counsel and government agencies;
- and a sense of humor.
