Responsible for administering 14 contracts for goods, equipment and services related to the work of a Solid Waste Bureau. 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration or a related field plus one year of experience in service contract management in the area of recycling, solid waste management, or closely related field.
