Position Overview:
The Utility Solutions team has an immediate need for a Senior Field Coordinator. In this role, you will report to the Regional Manager and experience all the benefits of working for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial company while having a significant impact in energy efficiency, climate and sustainability.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing field outreach support to commercial efficiency programs.
- Support commercial efficiency program by performing outreach and education activities with customers, contractors, client trade ally networks.
- Represent Ecova and our clients to commercial customers, property managers, contractors and other related fields.
- Serve as the representative for Ecova and our clients at outreach events. Educate customers and trade allies at events about the energy efficiency program(s).
- Distribute program materials and provide participating trade allies and customers with appropriate training on Ecova data tools and program requirements.
- Assist customers and vendors with completion of applications.
- Assists in meeting/event planning and organization for program events.
- Convey new and upcoming developments in the program to trade allies and customers.
- Gather valuable feedback to help track and measure the program's success in transforming the marketplace.
- Communicate program goals, activities and benefits to the participating and prospective trade allies and customers.
- Interface with the public and handle customer issues, complaints and questions.
- Perform related work as required.
- Performing duties and attending events during the evening and on the weekend occurs occasionally and may be required.
- Duties require frequent travel to regional customers, trade allies and events; overnight travel is rare but may be required.
- Incumbent may be exposed to frequent noise caused by telephones, office machines, and nearby oral communications among fellow employees.
- Associate's degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy, and/or electric technologies or related area.
- Experience involving customer service, interacting with clients in person and by phone, and organizing and prioritizing work tasks.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in efficiency program management.
- Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities.
- Comfortable with a high amount of driving with access to a reliable vehicle.
- Knowledge of commercial buildings and energy efficiency measures preferred.
