Senior Architect, Design Studio Leader

Burt Hill is seeking a Senior Architect- Design Studio Leader for our New York office. Responsibilities:

• Oversee design intergrity at all scales and phases of project management
• Experience focused in design and detailing of mixed use high rise buildings
• Involvment in schematic design phases through end of construction phases on projects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7-10 years Exp with a Bach Arch or M.Arch required
• Licensed Architect and LEED AP required
• Experience intergrating design intent with documentation platforms, Revit, AutoCAD, etc.,
• Highly adept in multiple platforms of design software, 3D Max, Maya, Rhino
• Highly collaborative personality and excellent communication and presentation skills
• International Experience is highly desired
