Position Overview:

The Senior Analytics Product Manager will be responsible for product and execution for all of EcoFactor's analytics products, as well as driving awareness and usage of EcoFactor analytics products in market. You will be expected to understand the analytics and Residential Energy Management marketplaces. Specific duties will include creating the necessary Requirements Documents (X-RD) and product competitive positioning and maintaining the Analytics product road map. The Senior Analytics Product Manager will work closely with EcoFactor's senior executive team as well as a Quant engineers, sales, business development & extended marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap for Analytics, taking input from multiple EcoFactor-internal sources and external sources.
• Maintain relationships with key industry and academic advisors
• Author the product roadmap in the form of detailed, technical X-RD and keep them up-to-date;
• Articulate the X-RD to the core Quant team responsible for architecting and engineering the subsequent product requirements;
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support the X-RD and go-to-market activities;
• Participate in the marketing strategy and product promotion success for EcoFactor's analytics products;
• Passionately evangelize and support your product roadmap features within the company and externally with customers.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of software product management experience in the Business Intelligence/Analytics industry
• Knowledgeable in Smart Grid, Home Automation, Smart Energy industry a strong plus
• Experience gathering requirements from all levels of an organization
• Proven ability to identify, evaluate and recommend technical and business alternatives that meet requirements
• Experience developing concise accurate technical specifications
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented and thorough
• BS or BA, MBA desired (with a technology focus)
