Position Overview

 The Scheduling Coordinator provides support
to customers of the Mass Save Home Energy Services program who use CET's Green
Home Services.  This position involves
answering customer calls, making outgoing scheduling calls, as well as general
administrative assistance.

Responsibilities

Position
Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned to meet
business needs):

  • Make outgoing scheduling calls.
  • Screen for customer eligibility.
  • Bulk-enter available schedule slots for field
    staff.
  • Email communications regarding scheduling of
    inspections and customer inquiries.
  • Answer incoming
    calls for the Green Home Services department and provide accurate
    information (must keep up-to-date with many program changes).
  • Schedule
    energy assessments using established department procedures.
  • Schedule
    inspections of completed jobs, equipment rebates, and heat loans.
  • Provide
    advice to customers about improving energy efficiency in their homes and
    details of program.
  • Track and
    maintain paperwork for scheduled inspections.
  • Provide
    general administrative support, including: copying, faxing, material
    preparation, and database entry completion. 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1
    year of administrative office experience.
  • Minimum 1
    year of scheduling or customer service experience.
  • Familiarity
    with Western Mass driving times preferred.
  • Proficient
    in Windows-based software.
  • Knowledge of home construction/renovation preferred.
  • Ability
    to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent
    organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent
    communication and listening skills. 
  • Passion
    for the environment and community involvement. 

Compensation: This is a full-time, hourly position with benefits.  CET offers competitive pay rates, benefits,
