Cedar Grove Composting has an immediate opening for Sales Support!!

Responsibilities:

  • Learn the Salesforce.com product so as to be effective in building and maintaining the system
  • Work with sales teams to build page layouts, field sets, tables and dashboards applicable to their sales process
  • Work on change management for users who have low levels of adoption. Make the program work for them
  • Troubleshoot problems and answer questions as needed. Be the "Power User" for Salesforce.com, handling customizing reports for managers and deciphering what managers want and how to get it out of the system
  • Rollout Complaint management in Salesforce across all users, salesperson tracking, sales projection tracking
  • Create a bid management system out of Salesforce.com

Qualifications:

The candidate must meet the following requirements:

  • Aptitude for learning technology quickly and speaking with confidence
  • Ability to think through processes
  • Results-oriented focus, independent worker and demonstrated willingness to "do what it takes" to meet goals
  • Good written communication skill, excellent verbal communication and relationship skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Independent problem solving skills
  • Must be able to develop an organized project plan
