SnapNrack is a leading Manufacturer of Solar Module Mounting Systems in the United States with over 100MW of product deployed and used in the US Solar market.   The SnapNrack team takes in innovative approach in creating a system that is "designed by Photovoltaic (PV) system Designers and Installers, for PV system designers and installers" with a focus on the lowest overall installed cost for a PV system.

Position Overview:

The SnapNrack Sales Associate is responsible for providing sales support to existing distribution customers, and providing support to the overall SnapNrack sales team. For the accounts assigned, the sales associate will be responsible for driving sales through training of distributors and their customers, forecasting and stocking strategy with the distributors, and overall customer support. This position will be responsible for the top line sales & revenue performance of the accounts he/she is involved with.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all sales targets are achieved for assigned accounts;
  • Communicate all product line changes to customers, including pricing, new products, and obsolescence of products;
  • Train Distributors and Distributors' customers on the SnapNrack product, including training of systems and functionality, product value proposition, and tools and product documentation;
  • Maintain online training databases for customers (such as BlueVolt for A-D Customers);
  • Coordinate product forecasting exercises with distributors, to ensure supply chain is in place to meet customer material needs.
  • Travel approximately 30% of the time to train/participate in conferences and visit customers.

Qualifications:

(Knowledge, Skills, Education, Certifications and Experience)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing;
  • 3+ years of Sales experience, preferably within the construction product/materials industry;
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver on strategic initiatives;
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to effectively interact with all levels of an organization;
  • CRM, MS Office and presentation skills.
