Responsibilities:
- Effectively interacts with National Sales Manager to implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
- Establishes strong relationships with key retailers and regional buyer for Whole Foods Market which enable the company to achieve long ranging growth goals.
- Maintains a 30 day call cycle with accounts (more frequent if needed for Key Accounts.)
- Understands and effectively utilizes market analyses to build the retailer's business of Himalaya Herbal Healthcare products.
- Adds new accounts as market conditions allow.
- Seeks to develop underperforming accounts.
- Performs brief in-aisle and small group trainings.
- Uses excellent communication skills to deliver sales presentations to buyers.
- Monitors and evaluates competitor activities and products.
- Performs monthly reporting duties.
- Effectively interacts with inside customer service department.
- Effectively works with Demo Team to support the retailers in their market.
Qualifications:
In addition to extensive experience in sales, the candidate should be enthusiastic, creative, high-energy, should work well in a team-oriented environment and be an effective and clear communicator, especially via e-mail. The candidate should have strong time management skills, be organized and exhibit the ability to effectively prioritize. He or she should be able to work well with the internal team. The candidate should also have a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
