TyraTech's Sustainable Solutions Division has solved key manure management problems for Dairy Farms in a unique manner by developing the following products: Waste Solver and Natural Bedding.
TyraTech's strategy is to solve the dairy farmer manure management problem by using an automated on site production facility to convert manure into exceptionally clean bedding. The farmer also eliminates odor, reduces environmental problems, and creates a new revenue stream from the sale of the material to TyraTech.
Position Overview
Sales Representatives will be responsible for generating leads from large dairy farms in his (her) territory, qualifying the prospects, presenting benefits and handling objections, making proposals and closing sales for a proprietary manure management system. Representatives will also be responsible for building a network of influencers (nutritionists, veterinaries, county agents, etc.) to help facilitate sales.
Qualifications
Representatives will have 3-5+ years experience selling to large dairy farmers. Ideally they would have experience selling large equipment systems, manure management products, bio-digesters or related dairy farm products.
Individuals will be self starters, have excellent presentation skills, able to travel within large territories, work independently and have a track record of sales success.
Prefer BA/BS Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Dairy Management or related field; or extensive experience/contacts in Dairy Sales.
Territories available: California - Should located near San Joaquin Valley (Fresno or Southern area). Florida -Northern Area/Southern GA
