Siliken USA is engaged in the business of engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), turnkey solar solutions, sale and development of commercial and utility scale grid-tied photovoltaic (pv) solar systems.

Position Overview: 

The primary responsibility of this position is to meet sales targets through the development and implementation of Siliken's Premium Partner Program.  This customer loyalty program is focused on identifying and establishing successful relationships with installers and contractors in the PV industry through a series of training and marketing programs.  

The successful candidate must be able to research and identify the target customers, direct the preparation of marketing materials, organize the events, follow up with key contacts and ultimately meet challenging sales targets.  The Sales Manager will lead this program in order to establish, maintain, and grow strategic relationships and overall Siliken market share.

Travel Required:  less than 50%

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in PV Solar; preferably in B2B residential and small commercial sales of PV modules/systems, with some larger scale sales experience a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in sales, and business development /marketing/promotion experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Successful track record of sales, particularly in identifying, establishing and growing new accounts.
  • Experience in developing strategy for new market development.
  • Strong professional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with presentations, negotiations, contract review preferred.
  • In conjunction with marketing and support staff, ability to assist customers with their marketing and sales efforts.
  • Excellent communication skills, organized, team oriented, energetic, punctual, ability to multi task in a high paced environment, flexible. Ability to adhere to deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
  • CRM/ Sales Force experience desired.
  • A 4 year degree in business or a related technical field is desired.
