Job Description: 

We seek a hard-working, self-motivated Sales Manager to aid in the expansion of the Sales Department. This position will provide the opportunity to work in a growing and leading eco-friendly consumer products company to help expand the sales and distribution of Recycline's products into new channels. Primary responsibilities of this position are: 

• Increase distribution and market share of company's products within the Drug, Mass and Grocery channels.   
• Introduction of company and products to personal care and grocery Category Managers and Buyers.   
• Building and implementing customer focused sales promotions.   
• Responsible for account specific P&L's, monitoring inventory levels and investment spending.   
• Prioritizing account targets and implements strategies to optimize listings.   
• Build relationships with Account Decision makers.

Qualifications: 

• Experience selling to Drug, Mass and/or Grocery Channel   
• Broker management a plus   
• Proven ability to establish and accomplish goals   
• Interest in environmental issues preferred   
• College graduate   
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite   
• Experience in natural products industry a plus   
• Diligent follow up and record keeping abilities

Commute: 

Recycline is conveniently located in the center of Waltham, east of Route 128 on Route 20. Our offices are in a historic building on Waltham Common on the corner of Main St and Moody St. The Fitchburg line commuter rail stops across the Waltham Common from Recycline offices, about a one-minute walk. Also, there are several bus routes that stop at the Waltham Common. There is a Parking Garage across the street on Common Street.
