Position Overview:

Raw material supplier to the dietary supplement and functional foods industry is seeking a seasoned experienced sales professional. The primary responsibility of the Sales Executive is to increase sales by selling the company's raw material ingredients to new clients. The Sales Executive reports directly to the President.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience working for an ingredient supplier/distributor with established customer relationships. 2 years of successful performance with the current or previous employer is required.
  • Independently develop processes to obtain leads and effectively execute the delivery of the company's unique selling propositions to prospects
  • Identify prospects where company's products and services can be sold;
  • Target and obtain appointments with prospective new clients, often travel required;
  • Contact potential clients to assess their individual needs and demonstrate how Company's products and services can meet or exceed these needs;
  • Maintain accurate up-to-date sales pipeline and forecasts;
  • Ability to perform other duties as assigned by the President
  • Understanding of the dietary supplement industry within the B2B scope;
  • Strong sales skills, likable personality
  • Proven ability to achieve goals;
  • Solid mastery of the processes, technologies and tools of sales practices;
  • Ability to demonstrate ROI

Compensation: Full time position, salary plus bonus/commission
