Sales and Program Manager

We are seeking a Sales and Program Manager to focus on new Energy Efficiency and Green Building initiatives in our corporate office located in Buffalo, New York; consideration for other locations possible.

Responsibilities: 

• Outside sales to new markets in the public/ private sector including hospitals, office buildings, colleges, universities and schools  
• Program Management  
• Create environmental stewardship brand awareness  
• Develop and maintain new business opportunities

Requirements: 

• 5+ years of experience  
• BS / MS in relevant discipline (marketing, technical, environmental, etc.)  
• Operational understanding of facilities, energy management and building operations  
• Understanding of climate change, global warming and other related environmental issues  
• Commitment to environmental stewardship  
• Proven (excellent) track record in sales  
• Established client network preferred  
• Excellent computer and organizational skills  
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
