Sales and Operations Representative

We are looking for 1 highly motivated individual to join our team of young professionals as a Sales and Operations Representative.

The Junkluggers is an eco-friendly junk removal service dedicated to donating and recycling as much of the "junk" we pick up as possible. We are looking for someone with a successful track record in sales and customer service that also shares our passion for recycling. Our office is located steps from Penn Station in a bright loft office space, and our office staff of 6 are all young, friendly go-getters.

Position Overview:

We need someone who will help us execute our daily schedules and junk removal appointments in our operating territories, as well as to maintain relationships with our current clientele. Direct responsibilities include customer service, such as confirmation calls and incoming calls regarding currently scheduled appointments, as well as operational dispatch management.

Full job training will be provided, so although experience in customer service and sales is a plus, more than anything we are looking for someone with the right personality that can "wear many hats".

• Have open work availability (Please note that to be considered, candidates must have flexible schedules and be available 6 days a week, able to start as early as 8 am and work as late as 6pm)

Compensation:

The position is full-time with a salary of $30k + commission, and health benefits will be included after 6 months. It's the perfect job for recent college graduates with customer service experience.
