Sales

Earth Electric is a small but growing electrical contractor and solar installation company in San Jose. We are looking for a salesperson to assist in the growth process. This position will be contract and commission-only to start.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously establish and develop business relationships with potential and new customers, expanding sales coverage of the company in the extended Bay Area.
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of the company's sales plan.
• Manage entire selling process from forecasting to lead acquisition, including solar site surveys.
• Analyze and monitor prospect and customer information and provide sales reports on a regular basis.
• Represent the company in local exhibitions and conferences.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years previous experience selling residential solar and extensive knowledge of solar products and the installation process. General knowledge of commercial solar sales is highly desired.
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
• Proactive self starter with attention to details.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Self motivated with a passion for customer satisfaction.

Compensation: Commission-only
