Green Home is an environmentally-friendly MD and DC home improvement company that was founded in 2006. We are members of the Green America Business Network. We are NAHB Certified Green Builders and are an EPA lead-safe certified firm. We are located near Hyattsville, MD and serve customers in the Greater Washington DC Metro area, including Montgomery, Howard, Anne Arundel, Prince George's counties and Washington, DC. 

Put your passion for the environment and 21st century "green" remodeling to work! The right candidate is able to establish contact with homeowner prospects and “gateway” personnel including architects, local government contacts, community leaders and organization officials.

Responsibilities:

  • Originating, contacting and developing sales leads;
  • Providing cost estimates based on job specs;
  • Presenting proposed contracts to customers;
  • Following up with customers about estimates.

Qualifications:

  • Must have experience in remodeling and construction sales;
  • MD and DC Sales Licenses are required;
  • Must be a productive self-starter;
  • Must have reliable transportation;
  • Must work some Saturdays and evening hours;
  • Knowledge of Home Tech estimating software is preferred;

TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED

Compensation: Base salary plus commission. Benefits include paid time off and one week vacation.
