The Green revolution and Smart Grid opportunities will create the next wave for our dynamic leaders and representatives. We are seeking Consultants and Associates for the Texas - Houston, Austin, Dallas and Colorado - Denver, Boulder, Colorado Spring and Aspen/Vail Markets.
These positions offer unlimited growth and long term residual/passive income.
As a Renewable Energy Consultant, you will grow and manage your team of Associates, with the primary objective to develop your customer base in order to achieve sales targets. A full support system for sales, tracking, processing, customer listings and renewal of maintenance accounts is provided.
As a Renewable Energy Associate, you will be provided full training and effective tools to maximize sales activities to develop primarily new commercial accounts but also residential customers while maintaining and renewing your existing maintenance accounts and developing your residual base. Our customers need our representatives to help them choose the right energy solutions and plan in order to achieve maximum renewable energy savings.
Responsibilities:
Renewable Energy Consultant:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of you and your team:
- Create a sales action plan in line with team, regional and corporate goals.
- Select and implement targeted customer lists and territories.
- Work with the proposals group to deliver strong proposals to customers.
- Contact, present and close business & residential customers for lower energy bills and renewable options through provided customer lists, prospecting, referrals and networking.
- Develop, manage and maintain your commercial & residential customer base with great upfront compensation and incentive packages while building a long term monthly residual income stream.
- Document activities in our CRM system.
- Report weekly and quarterly progress against established goals.
- Maintain good communication between our customers, Sorel Energy divisions and energy providers, manufacturers and vendors.
Qualifications:
Renewable Energy Associates:
- Understanding of the renewable energy market and customer's needs.
- Representation or business (B2B) experience
- A self motivated person with the desire to be successful
- Ability to professionally represent multi-million/billion dollar companies.
- Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to work independently and meet goals
- Proven success in outbound telemarketing experience
- Must have experience selling to company decision makers and proven experience in overcoming objections.
- Must be aggressive hunter type and extremely professional, looking for opportunities to maximize earning potential
- Place calls to identify key contacts at target companies and seek detailed qualification information to set appointments.
- Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills
- Must be able to meet goals for appointments
Renewable Energy Consultants:
Renewable Energy Associates Plus:
- Self Motivated Independent Thinker with Strong Leadership and Motivational Skills
- Technical knowledge of the alternative energy envelope (BPI and/or NABCEP Certified and/or equivalent renewable energy eduction/experience desired)
- Excellent Organizational, Planning, and Presentation skills
- Ability to develop sales presentations and technical proposals
- Detail oriented, track and provide individual and team results to senior management
- Train new and existing associates for best performance
- Conduct team sales meetings and clinics
- Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Meet/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
Compensation: 100% commission based opportunity
- 1st year average earnings $50,000 - $75,000 per year plus bonuses
