Description

The Bonneville Environmental Foundation (BEF) is seeking to fill a new position—Renewable Energy Project Coordinator for the Project Management Group (PMG). PMG manages, among other renewable energy projects, BEF’s acclaimed Solar 4R Schools (S4RS) program that will comprise nearly 100 schools by the end of 2008.

Overview of Bonneville Environmental Foundation:

Climate change and degradation of the world’s freshwater resources are two of the most significant threats facing global communities in the 21st century. These are complex and interrelated issues that demand innovative and scientific solutions. The Bonneville Environmental Foundation (BEF) is an innovative, non-profit organization based in Portland, Oregon. a) expand the generation of clean renewable energy;
b) educate communities about renewable energy and conservation;

By integrating these three program areas, and by applying innovative, scientific, and long-term strategies, BEF systematically and proactively addresses the fundamental ecological challenges of this century. In all its efforts, BEF strives to transform markets and inspire its stakeholders.
