Regional Sales Manager

Duties:

• The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for executing the strategic sales plan for their respective region through development and servicing a wide variety of accounts.
• Execute strategic sales for regional sales.
• Hit budget targets for both expenses and sales.
• New business development-territories and recommend new categories.
• Upgrade customers relations- better service, better freight efficiences and promotion.
• Help strategize and execute new product roll outs.
• Assist in developing and execute all sales and distribution strategies.
• Open up key distributors.
• Interview,screen,evaluate,manage all brokers.
