The Regional Program Manager (RPM) is responsibility for coordinating the project delivery process which includes design, permitting and construction activities. The RPM works closely with the regional delivery team and host customers to ensure projects are successfully installed per the quarterly installation forecast.  

Responsibilities: 

* Manage the successful execution of the project delivery process which includes the following activities; design, permitting, construction, inspections and final completion for commercial operation of the system.
* Identify solutions to overcome both external and internal challenges that delay the successful and timely execution of the project delivery process.
* Coordinate the successful delivery of projects and meet quarterly system installation targets to achieve forecasted performance objectives.
* Ensure all requirements of the Service Contract are being met with respect to the installation of the solar PV system.
* Provide support to the Delivery Administration team to ensure incentives and grant funding are reserved and claimed in a timely manner.
* Provide support to the Commercial Administration team to ensure project funding is secured and obtained from project investors per the project delivery forecast.
* Act as the primary customer point of contact for regional stakeholders, providing updates on the status of project development and addressing any questions and concerns that are raised 

Reports to the Director of Program Management. Coordinates activities with Design & Engineering; Material Planning, Construction and Operation & Maintenance divisions.

Qualifications:

* 5+ years direct experience as a program manager in another field, such as real-estate development, high tech or construction.
* BS in engineering preferred. MBA a strong plus.
* Excellent analytical skills to be able decompose problems clearly and identify viable solutions taking schedule, cost and degree of risk into consideration.
* Strong diplomacy skills in order to communicate with and influence people at all levels - strong conflict negotiation skills a must.
* Extremely organized work habits with a record of successful delivery of complex projects as an individual and a team leader. 
* Familiarity with formal project management methodologies and ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings a plus. Familiarity with Canadian building laws. 
* Must be comfortable playing a central role in a complex delivery process and have an ability to work on several projects in parallel. 

Physical Demands: Regular (20%) travel by airplane and automobile in conducting business is required. Ability to communicate orally with customers, management, and other co-workers, both individually and in front of a group is crucial. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is expected. 

Work Environment: The job is performed both indoors in a traditional office setting and outdoors traveling to and from project sites, permitting departments and/or customer offices. Based out of Pennsauken, NJ.
