Position Overview:

Responsibilities: 

As our Regional Director of Business Development, ideally based in Houston, Dallas or Nashville and supporting our Southern Region, your chief task will be to build and lead a team of world-class sales people to deliver a very profitable and aggressive revenue plan; you will build and lead a world-class team, help build an aggressive sales plan, and then execute against that plan. We have a proven business model, and we need you and your team to sell it and deepen and broaden the market for our solutions.

You will divide your time between managing, mentoring, and leading your team, hands-on sales work, and functioning as EnerNOC's primary representative and figurehead in your region. We are looking for the best of the best, and your top-tier MBA will equip you with the proper toolkit for developing and designing a sales strategy.
