Position Overview:
Under general oversight of the Technical Services Director, the Project Manager, Technical Services will manage and direct the design, development, and execution of pilot and new technical projects and will provide technical expertise in various capacities in the areas of residential and non-residential energy efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and development of new proposals/projects/programs.
- Manage Pilot and/or Special Projects
- Provide Technical Expertise
- Support Technical Training
- Manage and Develop Staff
- Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Masters in Business Administration or Bachelors Degree in related field.
- 5 years experience managing technical projects.
- 3 years experience in management and supervision of diverse project teams, personnel.
- 2 years experience in the delivery of trainings, training cirriculum or technical presentations perferred.
- 3 years experience working with residential and commerical building contractors conducting energy-efficient retrofits or new construction projects.
- Knowledge of energy engineering principles, building science, state and national energy standards and building codes.
- Understanding of water conservation strategies and program development preferred.
- Highly effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.
