Project Manager (fluent in Spanish required)

We provide a web-based system that allows large corporations and organizations to gather, manage and communicate their Sustainability data, including Energy and Carbon; Corporate Social Responsibility; Environment, Health and Safety; Compliance and Supply Chain.

We are a leader in the sustainability management field with operations in US, UK, Hong Kong and Australia.

Position Overview:

Main Objective of the Role

The main objective for this role is to manage and successfully deliver implementation projects by effective planning, communications, resource management, risk management, budget management, and evaluation.

Responsibilities: 

Key Tasks and Deliverables

• Create and deliver project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements, ensuring full communication to stakeholders.

• Identify resources and assign responsibilities.

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s).

• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored and communicated.

• Works closely with relevant stake holders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s).

• Understands basic revenue models and P/L; meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; understands and manages the project budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances
  and initiating corrective actions.

• Analyses and escalates any risks before and during the project so that they can be effectively managed.

• Submits project status reports to stakeholders; reviews actions and progresses these with resources regularly.

• Proven ability in resource management

• Excellent personal time management

• Qualified and effective in the use of Prince 2 methodology

• At least 2 years' experience of delivering multiple concurrent projects, on time and budget in a B2B environment

• A proven track record of achieving deadlines, and managing
  all aspects of a project from definition to delivery

• Excellent organisational and scheduling skills

• A technical or sustainability background is not essential

• The ability to speak and write fluent commercial Spanish is essential
